Tanner Jones is a graduate of Siegel High School is Murfreesboro and has been has been a part of the Beta Club, National Honor Society, and Model UN. He plans to study prosthetics engineering at Mississippi State University in 2021.

2019: Lex Jackson Jones

Lex Jackson Jones is a graduate of Merrol Hyde Magnet School in Hendersonville. He has participated in Model UN, been captain of the men’s varsity basketball team and participated in the Long Hollow Baptist Church student leadership team. Jack plans to attend seminary.

2016: Jacob Stinson

Jacob graduated in May from Beech High School in Hendersonville, where he was a member of the Beta Club, the National Technical Honors Society and DECA. He will be attending Tennessee Tech University in the Fall, majoring in mathematics. Jacob is the son of Darren Stinson, System Supervisor at NES.

2015: Jessica Mink 

Congratulations to member, Jessica Mink, the winner of our scholarship. Jessica, a senior at Beech High School, will receive up to $2,000 over four years. Scholarship applicants were asked to create a short video explaining how their education would power their dreams. A scholarship committee of Nashville area CEOs reviewed the applications. The scholarship is named in honor of Jackie Evans, a former manager of the credit union, and is awarded yearly to a graduating senior.

2014: Hannah Luckett

She was a Girl Scout and a 3-year volunteer with Habitat for Humanity; she also assisted with clean-up after the 2010 flood. Hanna has been accepted to the University of Tennessee-Chattanooga, where she intends to study physical therapy.

2018: Sydney Kilgore

Sydney is graduating Aaron Academy with a 3.96 GPA and will be attending Tennessee Tech, where she plans to study elementary education. She is the daughter of Dell and Cheryl Kilgore, and the granddaughter of Kelly Kilgore who is retired from Nashville Electric Service.

Congratulations to Cameron Jones, scholarship winner. Cameron is the son of Ty and Summer Jones and is a graduate of Siegel High School in Murfreesboro. We wish Cameron much success as he attends Tennessee Tech this year to study electrical engineering.
