Enbright Credit Union is thrilled to announce a major upgrade to our digital banking platform! This update brings you a fresh, modern way to manage your finances, packed with improved tools, stronger security, and a smoother overall banking experience.

With these improvements, you’ll be able to take even more control over your finances and enjoy a convenient, simple way to bank. This upgrade comes with some important changes, so please review the information below.

Important Dates & Information

Launch Date: August 25, 2026

Bill Pay will not be available August 21 – August 23 @ 10:00am
All of your history and current Bill Pays will transfer over to the new system, however you will not be able to set up any new Bill Pays during this time.

Online Banking will not be available August 24 @ 5:00pm – August 25 @ 8:00am
Members must visit onlinebanking.enbrightcu.com and follow the steps to enroll in the new online banking tool

Getting Started: Re-Enrollment

Do I Need to Re-Enroll?

Yes! While this extra step ensures the security of your accounts, the process is quick and easy.

Before You Begin:

Make sure your cell phone number and email address are current with Enbright. You’ll need these to complete enrollment. If you need to update your contact information, please call us at (615) 687-4801 or visit us.

What You'll Need:

  • Your Enbright account number
  • Current email address
  • Mobile phone number

Enrollment & Access

Do I need to enroll in both online and mobile banking separately?

No! Once you enroll in the new online banking, you’re automatically enrolled in mobile banking as well. The same login credentials work for both platforms.

Can I reset my password on my own?

Yes! The password reset process is now simpler. Just click “Forgot Password” or “Need Login Help” on either the online or mobile banking login screen.

What if I can't see an account I used to access?

Yes! The password reset process is now simpler. Just click “Forgot Password” or “Need Login Help” on either the online or mobile banking login screen.

Your Accounts & Cards

Will my account numbers change?

No! All account numbers will remain the same.

Will my debit and credit cards be affected?

No! All debit and credit cards will continue to work as expected. You don’t need to do anything with your cards.

What about my direct deposits?

Your direct deposits for payroll, pension, and Social Security will continue uninterrupted. No changes are needed.

What's staying the same?

  • Account Numbers – All account numbers remain unchanged
  • Debit & Credit Cards – Your cards will continue to work normally
  • Direct Deposits – Payroll, pension, and Social Security deposits are unaffected
  • Loan Payment Due Dates – All payment schedules remain the same
  • Automatic Transfers – Existing transfers will continue (though new recurring transfers should be set up in the new system after transition)

Transfers & Payments

What will happen to my recurring transfers and bill payments?

Recurring and future-dated transfers and bill payments will need to be re-established in the new system. Payments scheduled in the current system before August 25th, 2026, will continue to process. After August 25th 2026, please set up your recurring transactions again in the new platform.

Will Bill Pay work the same way?

Bill Pay will have an improved interface with additional features! While the experience is enhanced, you’ll need to set up your payees again after the transition.

Statements & History

How do I access my statements?

You can access and download your monthly statements through online banking and the mobile app. When you first register, you’ll have the option to enroll in eStatements and eNotices.

Will my prior transaction history be available?

Yes! Your transaction history will be available in the new online banking system.

I can't open eStatements or documents. What should I do?

Please check your browser’s pop-up settings. Several functions, including accessing eStatements, utilize pop-ups. Make sure pop-ups are enabled for our website.

Account Alerts

Will my alerts carry over?

No, you’ll need to recreate your account alerts in the new system. You can set up alerts from your account dashboard or through the More/Plus menus. Alerts can be sent via email or text message.

Mobile Features

Will Mobile Check Deposit work the same?

Mobile check deposit remains free and easy to use! You’ll notice an improved experience with better controls and easier check capturing.
