Because we are always concerned with our members’ well-being, now more than ever we are looking for innovative ways to serve you that are both personal and safe. Introducing HELLO! It’s the online way to meet with your Enbright representative. Email, website contact, phone calls, and Facebook messaging are all great; we do them to stay in touch with members every business day. Sometimes, you may have a more sensitive or complex issue to discuss with us, or you simply want to see the person you are communicating with. We do face-to-face appointments at the branches, but an even safer way to meet is online, with HELLO! How does HELLO! work? 1. Complete the brief form below to request a meeting. Let us know your preferences for day and time, Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 3:30 pm, your email and phone number, and what you’d like to talk about. We’ll email you with a link to the meeting once it is set up. Most of the time, we’ll be able to schedule your meeting within 30 minutes of your request. Please do not include any sensitive information in the meeting request, like account number, social security number, or passwords. We can discuss what you need when we meet online. 2. On the day of the meeting, click on the link we sent you in the email. Please try to join the meeting five minutes before the scheduled start time. Also, if there are documents that will be discussed in the meeting, it’s best to have them ready before the meeting. We use a website called Zoom for HELLO! meetings. It is secure and easy to use. You can read more about that here. And, if you’d like to have an extra person at another location in the meeting, we can include them, too. Perfect for parents with kids away in college, or for helping a parent manage money.

HELLO! on Your Phone If you prefer to have your online meeting with us using your phone or tablet rather than your computer, you can download the Zoom app in your app store.
