What Is A HELOC?

A home equity line of credit is a form of revolving credit in which your home
serves as collateral.

One of the biggest benefits of homeownership is the ability to build equity over time!

You can use that equity to secure variable rate, low interest, home equity line of credit (HELOC).

And remember, failure to repay the amounts you’ve borrowed, plus interest, could mean the loss of your home.

How Does A HELOC Work?
